We love coffee from Papua New Guinea because it has it all: body, acidity, flavor and balance. This versatility means it works well as the base for a blend (such as in our Grumpy Monkey and Rocket Blends) but can also stand deliciously on its own. We are thrilled with our latest offering which comes from the Korona Plantation in the Kalnantu Province of the Eastern Highlands. Classified a AA, the highest grade available, this one is one of the best prepared Papua’s we’ve ever seen. It offers a remarkably clean, sweet cup with plenty of body and complexity.
