It takes more than just exceptionally roasted coffee to produce great
coffee-based drinks. Quality equipment, proper extraction techniques,
and a well-trained staff are just some of the many other important aspects
of retail coffee greatness. Having run a successful high-volume coffee-house
ourselves for nearly a decade, we have learned from experience what works,
and are able to offer our customers whatever tools and tips they may
need to do it right. We have several tiers set-up to meet the varying
needs of our customers:
Basic cost: free to small world roaster customers
For wholesale coffee customers we will provide at no extra charge:
- Recommendations on what espresso equipment to buy and where to buy it.
- Dealer prices on the coffee brewing equipment we support.
- Calibration of all equipment once it has been installed.
Coffee Training cost: $250.00 per 3 hour session
A comprehensive seminar taught by small world coffees in-house training
team that covers the fundamentals of coffee-making the small world way.
Starting from Scratch cost: $500.00 for up to five hours of initial consultation
additional time @ $100.00/hour
Direct consultation with small world owners including:
- on-site design/layout analysis
- customer flow
- pricing/cost of goods analysis
- general café set-up
