The Witherspoon St. Cafe was opened in 1993 and is in the middle of town close to the main gates of Princeton University. This cafe gets extremely busy with local residents, university students & faculity, as well as tourists on the weekends. It has three shifts a day (morning, noon, and night).

The Nassau St. Cafe was opened in 2006 and is a "to go" style cafe with a wonderful outdoor seating area. The Nassau store also houses our commercial kitchen where we prepare our menu that is served in both stores. This cafe feels more local. It serves many people from the neighborhood, university folks at that end of town, the Westminster Choir College community and the High School community to name a few. This cafe is not open in the evenings, so there are only two shifts a day, the morning shift and the afternoon shift that closes up the cafe at 6pm.
