Slow Brew By-The-Cup
Available only at our Nassau St. Cafe.
While this is the most low-tech way to make a cup of coffee, it is really
one of the best methods of getting a full and delicious extraction.
Using a melitta style cone, each cup of specialty coffee is ground and brewed to order. The customer is able to choose the blend or varietal of gourmet coffee he or she prefers, the beans are weighed out for the individual cup, ground to order, and brewed through the melitta cone. This method of brewing allows the coffee to fully bloom and extracts the best flavors. It produces a robust and incredibly fresh cup of coffee. A true treat and pleasure with strong aromas flowing out of the cup.

When the Nassau St. store was to become small world’s second location,
Jessica and her co-owner, Brant Cosaboom, decided to offer this as an
option to the Princeton coffee drinking public. While it takes
a little bit longer to get that cup of joe-to-go, it is well worth the
wait.
